    Thank you for using Remedly. At Remedly. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. When you visit our website (the “Website”), use our mobile application (the “App”, “Remedly”), or use any of our services (the “Services”), we appreciate the trust you place in us.

    This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Services.

    Data We Collect

    Personal Data and Your Remedly Account

    To create a Remedly account, you may need to provide basic information such as your Email Address (Name is optional). We recommend using your primary email to ensure continued access to your data.

    You may also register using a third-party login such as Apple Sign-In or Google/Facebook Login. If you lose access to the email or third-party login linked to your account, you may lose access to your Remedly account. For security reasons, we cannot restore or change account email addresses.

    Your Workout Data

    Remedly is a fitness tracking app and platform. You may enter Workout Data, which includes training details such as exercises performed, workout activity, progress logs, and body measurements. This data is considered your personal data.

    Managing and Exporting Your Data

    You can export your Workout Data into a spreadsheet-friendly .csv format directly from the Remedly mobile app. If you wish to export all of your Personal Data (including settings), you can contact us through the app.

    Analytics and Debugging

    We use privacy-focused tools for analytics and debugging (e.g., website traffic analytics and bug tracking). These tools do not collect or share your personal information.

    Health Data Integrations

    If you enable integrations (e.g., Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect), Remedly may read and/or write health and fitness information based on the permissions you grant.

    • Any synced health data is stored locally on your device unless explicitly authorized to sync.
    • Remedly’s use of this information complies with Apple’s HealthKit and Google’s Health Connect Permissions & Limited Use Policies.

    Customer Support

    If you contact us for support, you may share personally identifiable information (e.g., your email or debug logs). We retain support communications to improve customer service.

    Data Processing and Storage

    User data may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States and other countries. By providing data through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred and processed internationally.

    Your personal data will be deleted when you close your Remedly account.

    Data Retention

    We retain your workout and personal data for as long as your Remedly account remains active in order to provide the Services. You may delete your data at any time by deleting your Remedly account (see instructions within the app).

    Children’s Privacy

    Remedly does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 and does not target its Services to children under 13.

    If you are under 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. Parents and guardians should monitor their children’s app and internet usage.

    If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information and discontinue related Services.
